By accessing and using any feature within our software, you acknowledge your commitment to adhere to these rules. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or termination of your access to our software.

The Community portal serves as a valuable platform for employees of enterprises to connect, collaborate, and share information related to their professional activities. It acts as a private social network, enhancing communication and productivity within organizations.

2. Respectful Behavior

a. Definition: Respectful behavior entails treating all users with professionalism, courtesy, and dignity. This includes refraining from any form of discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive language or behavior.

b. Examples: Discriminatory language, slurs, or derogatory comments based on race, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristics.
Bullying, harassment, or offensive comments directed at colleagues.

c. Professional Disagreement: While open and respectful discussion is encouraged, users must avoid personal attacks, name-calling, or the use of offensive language when expressing disagreements.

a. Definition: Upholding privacy and data security involves safeguarding personal and company information, as well as respecting confidentiality.

b. Examples: Do not share personal or sensitive information about colleagues without their explicit consent. Refrain from disclosing sensitive company data, proprietary information, or any information not intended for public consumption.

c. Legal Compliance: Users must adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws.

a. Definition: Content posted on the Community portal should be professional, respectful, and relevant to work-related discussions.

b. Examples: Do not post offensive, defamatory, or obscene content. Approach sensitive topics such as politics, religion, or controversial social issues with caution, avoiding personal beliefs or engaging in heated debates.

5. Use of Messaging and Activity Feed

a. Definition: Messaging should primarily serve work-related purposes, and personal conversations during work hours should be kept to a minimum.

b. Examples: Use messaging for work-related discussions, inquiries, or coordination. Ensure that activity feed posts contribute to professional development, knowledge sharing, or collaborative projects.

6. Reporting Violations

If you come across any content or behavior that violates these Rules of Conduct within any feature of our software, please report it promptly to the appropriate administrator or the Workforce Wellness Inc. support team.

7. Consequences of Violations

a. Definition: Violations of these Rules of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions. These actions can include verbal warnings, written warnings, temporary suspension, or termination, depending on the severity and recurrence of the offense.

b. Acknowledgment: By using any feature within our software, users acknowledge that violations may lead to disciplinary actions and, in severe cases, legal consequences.

b. Respectful Interactions: Interact with the AI coach respectfully, refraining from abusive or offensive language.

Academy (Courses and Skill Improvement)

a. Purpose: The Academy is designed for continuous learning and skill improvement.

b. Appropriate Use: Enroll in courses and engage in learning activities relevant to your job responsibilities.

Internal Job Board

a. Purpose: The internal job board facilitates career advancement within your organization.

b. Professional Conduct: When applying or posting job listings, maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies regarding internal job postings.

Access to Live Coaches and Experts

a. Purpose: Live coaches and experts provide valuable guidance and insights.

b. Respect for Expertise: Interact with coaches and experts respectfully, valuing their knowledge and experience.

Vendor Marketplace

a. Purpose: The vendor marketplace offers access to external resources and services.

b. Ethical Conduct: When engaging with vendors, ensure ethical business practices and adhere to your company’s procurement policies.

Access to Mentors

a. Purpose: Mentors offer guidance and support for personal and professional growth.

b. Respectful Mentorship: Maintain a respectful and professional relationship with mentors, acknowledging their voluntary support.

Hybrid Scheduling for Employees

a. Purpose: Hybrid scheduling allows flexibility in work arrangements.

b. Compliance: Adhere to your organization’s scheduling policies and ensure proper communication regarding work arrangements.

Discussion Boards

a. Purpose: Discussion boards facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
